Changelog AI is a tool that generates changelogs from GitHub repository activity using artificial intelligence. We provide this service on an "as is" basis.

You agree to:

• Only connect repositories you have permission to access
• Not use the service for any illegal purposes
• Keep your account credentials secure

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of your billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

5. Usage Limits

Each plan has specific usage limits as described on our pricing page. Exceeding these limits may result in service restrictions until you upgrade or the next billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your generated changelogs. You grant us a license to process your repository data solely to provide the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Changelog AI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
